Waldorf Administration Program
This course is intended for administrators, staff, teachers, parents or board members who are active in the administrative affairs of their school or organization, as well as others interested in organizational development and renewal.

Waldorf schools are recognized for their insightful, innovative, and effective educational approach as well as their profound understanding of child development. They can also be models of healthy organizational life, with leadership styles, decision-making procedures and business practices appropriate for our time.

Questions concerning institutional vision, community-building, and the nature of work arise from some of the deepest longings of the human soul. Where are the model organizations and who are the innovators in this field? Can we develop the skills, competencies and moral techniques necessary for incarnating the spiritual imaginations and values we carry?

In order to address these questions, the program will draw broadly on the works of Rudolf Steiner and other authors, as well as on insights gained from the faculty's many years of administrative experience in Waldorf schools and other non-profit organizations.
